Window Screen Frame Roll Forming Machine

  1. Decoiler: Holds and smoothly feeds metal coils, often equipped with automatic tension control.

  2. Leveler/Straightener: Removes curvature or warping from the coil to ensure flat and aligned feeding.

  3. Roll Forming Stations: Typically consist of 18–25 stations, each fitted with custom-designed rollers that progressively shape the metal strip into the desired profile.

  4. Sistema de corte: Uses hydraulic or flying shears to accurately cut the formed profiles to preset lengths with minimal burrs.

  5. Sistema de Controlo: PLC-based with a touchscreen interface for setting parameters such as profile specifications, production speed, and length, enabling automated operation and monitoring.
