  1. decoilator: Holds and smoothly feeds metal coils, often equipped with automatic tension control.

  2. Leveler/Straightener: Removes curvature or warping from the coil to ensure flat and aligned feeding.

  3. Roll Forming Stations: Typically consist of 18–25 stations, each fitted with custom-designed rollers that progressively shape the metal strip into the desired profile.
